This week, we’ve spotted a fantastic screen-worn item from the wardrobe of a more established style icon, or as he’s better known to his army of loyal fans – Troy Bolton. Yes, Zac Efron the heart-throb actor who shot to fame thanks to the High School Musical films once wore this jacket while busting some moves in the Disney sing-along. And now it can be yours.

The jacket is black with red stripes down the sleeves and an ‘R’ emblem for Red Hawks. It’s just as sporty chic as we’ve come to expect from Troy, the star basketball player for East High’s Wild Cats and comes presented in a smart display case. It’s framed, mounted and its showbiz credentials further emphasised by some photos of Efron wearing it and a commemorative East High Wild Cats Yearbook. This fantastic piece comes courtesy of performing arts organisation, Casa Mañana. The Texas-based company has united with Radio Disney to offer the jacket to the highest bidder with all proceeds going to Casa’s arts education programme which reaches nearly 155,000 children annually.

The auction will run for another week, closing on Friday 28th August and the winner will be announced the following day at Casa Mañana’s “Laugh with a Legend Gala”. Good luck and happy bidding. Who knows, maybe you can even get a whiff of Zac’s sports deodorant if you smell hard enough – tempting we know.
